These Terms govern your use of the Replay15 iOS application (the "App") provided by IURII VOEVODIN ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. App purpose and license
Replay15 keeps a short rolling camera buffer and lets you save the previous 15 seconds as a video. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules.
2. Your recordings and responsibilities
You retain your rights in recordings you create. Recordings are processed on your device and, when you choose, saved to Photos. You are responsible for how you record, store and share them. Obtain any permissions required from people or property you record and comply with privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, sports-venue and other applicable rules.
Do not use Replay15 unlawfully, to harm or harass anyone, to invade privacy, to bypass security, to interfere with the App, or to copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Device permissions
Core features require camera and microphone access. Saving requires permission to add videos to Photos. Motion data supports the level indicator, volume changes can operate capture controls, and tracking permission may be requested for advertising. You control these permissions in iOS Settings. Refusing a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
The free version may show Google AdMob full-screen ads after 14 days from installation. Google UMP may present advertising privacy choices, and iOS may present an App Tracking Transparency request. Refusing tracking does not remove advertising, but may limit personalization. Our Privacy Policy explains the data practices of the App, Website, Google and Apple.
5. Remove Ads purchase
Replay15 offers an optional non-consumable Remove Ads in-app purchase. Apple processes the payment and makes verified entitlement information available through StoreKit. Price, taxes, payment, refunds and Store availability are governed by the App Store terms applicable to your account and region. You can use the App's restore function with the Apple account that made the purchase. The entitlement may cease if Apple revokes or refunds the transaction.
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Apple StoreKit. Their services may be unavailable, changed or governed by additional terms. Their processing of information is described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies.
7. Ownership
The App, Website, software, design, name, graphics and materials supplied by us are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
8. Availability and updates
We may fix, update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, comply with platform requirements or support changes in third-party services. We do not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or future iOS version.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replay15 is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. You are responsible for keeping any recording you need and for using the App safely. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
